AI Advisory
Putting AI to work inside the business, without disrupting it
Practical, operational and vendor-neutral help for owner-managed and mid-market companies that want the benefit of AI tools without changing how the business is run or documented.
Most companies do not need an AI strategy. They need to know which of their repetitive tasks can be done faster and more consistently with the tools that already exist, what that requires of their data and systems, what staff may and may not do with those tools, and how to make the change stick. That is the work we do. We do not sell software, we do not build proprietary models and we have no vendor to promote.
AI Readiness Review
Where the business actually stands. We map the processes in finance, administration, sales support and client communication, look at the data and systems behind them, and identify which processes are worth touching first and which are not. You receive a short written assessment: what the data and systems allow today, what would need to change, and a ranked list of candidates with the expected saving for each.
Process Automation and Workflow Design
Redesigning the repetitive parts of the work around AI tooling: drafting and summarising correspondence, preparing standard documents, first-line client communication, data entry and reconciliation, reporting. We design the new workflow with the people who do the work, choose tools on their merits, set up the controls a regulated or audited business needs, and measure what the change saves in hours and errors.
Data Governance and Internal AI Policy
A written internal policy the company can actually follow: what staff may and may not put into which tools, how client and personal data is handled, what is recorded and where, how confidentiality obligations are respected, and who approves a new use. We write it in plain language, at the length a busy team will read, and we align it with the company's existing confidentiality and data protection commitments.
Team Enablement
Training the people who will use the tools, so the change survives past the pilot. Practical sessions on the company's own tasks, written reference material, a named internal owner for each workflow, and a follow-up after the first weeks to fix what did not work. The measure of success is that the team still uses the new workflow three months later.
How an engagement runs
- Readiness review. Two to four weeks, a written assessment and a ranked shortlist.
- Pilot. One or two workflows redesigned and measured, with the policy drafted alongside.
- Roll-out and enablement. Training, documentation and a follow-up review.
Each stage is scoped separately with a fixed fee, so you can stop after the review if the numbers do not justify going further.
What we will not do
- Promise savings we have not measured in your business
- Recommend a tool because a vendor pays us; nobody does
- Put client or personal data into a tool without a written basis for it
- Replace the judgement of your professionals with a model
