How do I schedule a consultation?
To schedule a consultation, fill out our form and a member of our team will contact you within one business day.
Does it cost money to schedule a consultation?
No. Our consultations require no commitment and are free of charge. They are a way for you to learn more about our services and for us to learn more about your needs.
What type of business do you serve?
We serve owner-managed companies and mid-market firms across most industries, and the entrepreneurs and families behind them. If we are not the right advisor for a matter, we will say so and, where we can, point you to someone who is.
Do you work with businesses outside of the United States?
Yes. We work with US clients first, and with clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America who are expanding into the United States or moving between those regions.
Do you charge a fixed rate or an hourly fee?
We charge a fixed fee for our services, agreed in writing before the work starts. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible about cost.
Do you provide banking, legal or tax services yourselves?
No. We are an advisory firm. We do not hold client funds, provide banking services or give investment advice, and where a matter calls for an attorney, an accountant or immigration counsel we work with licensed partners and say so.
Which AI tools do you recommend?
None in particular. Our AI advisory is vendor-neutral: we choose tools on their merits for each workflow, and we receive nothing from any vendor.
